How to Upgrade or Downgrade

Plans are flexible, so you can adjust your plan at any time. Plan changes can be made in your Subscription & Billing tab within the "My Account" area of your account.

To get there, click on your name towards the top right of your screen and select My Account from the drop down menu and then select the Subscriptions & Billing tab.

Once you've landed on your Subscription & Billing page, select your new plan, review your Billing Summary and then click Subscribe to confirm.

Some important things to note about plan changes:

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed and billed on a monthly or annual basis until you cancel.

  • Annual subscriptions are paid up front and are based on a one-year commitment.

  • You may change or cancel your subscription at any time, but all subscription payments are non-refundable. Aisle Planner terms apply.

Billing for Account Upgrades

When you upgrade a monthly or annual plan:

  • You'll be charged upon confirming your plan change for the pro-rated balance for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

  • If you upgrade from one monthly plan to another monthly plan, your billing cycle will not change.

  • If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, your billing cycle will change from monthly to annual billing.

  • You can see all billing details, including the additional pro-rated amount and the total amount you'll be billed on your Subscription & Billing tab.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time, however, please note that all account changes take effect immediately and all subscription payments are non-refundable.

Billing for Account Downgrades

When you downgrade your monthly or annual plan:

  • The pro-rated credit for the remainder of the current billing cycle will automatically be credited towards future invoices.

  • If you downgrade from one monthly plan to another monthly plan, your billing cycle will not change.

  • If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan, your billing cycle will change from annual to monthly billing.

  • You can see all billing details, including your pro-rated credit and the total amount you'll be billed on your next invoice on your Subscription & Billing tab.

  • You can downgrade or cancel your monthly plan at any time, however, please note that all account changes take effect immediately and all subscription payments are non-refundable.

Please note, annual plans are paid up front and are based on a one-year commitment, so if you chose to downgrade before your annual commitment has ended, the pro-rated credit for the remainder of the annual billing cycle will automatically be credited towards future invoices.
