You can easily view where guests are seated, what seat number they are seated at and what their meal selection is (if any) within your layout canvas in Aisle Planner. To show (or hide) this information:

  • Select any guest table to open the properties/library panel to the right.

  • Within the "shape" tab, click on Show guest names.

  • If you'd like to show seat numbers for each guest, click on Show seat numbers.

  • If you'd like to show the meal selections for each guest, click on Show meals.

  • To hide any of these items, uncheck the relevant checkboxes.

Pro Tip: Are the names of some of your guests hidden behind other objects on your layout? Click on that table and then use the Arrangement tool to bring that table and its guests to the front.

Downloading Layouts with Guest Names/Seat Numbers

  • If you have your guest names and/or seat numbers visible in your layout editor, this information will also automatically appear on your downloads.

  • If you don't have guest names and/or seat numbers enabled to be shown in your layout editor, but you'd like to include them in your downloads, you also have the option to customize your download.

  • You can learn more about how to do that here!

Meal Indicators and Legend

  • What do all those colors on chairs mean? They indicate meal selections for each guest.
