There are a few ways that you can countersign a contract in Aisle Planner:

Via The Email Link To Countersign

As soon as your client signs the contract, you'll receive an email that lets you know that this contract is ready for your countersignature. Note - If there are multiple signers (for example, bride and groom), all must sign before you'll be able to countersign.

Once you've received an email notification that a contract is ready to be countersigned, click through the link in the email and a document viewer will open up - just scroll down to the bottom of the contract and type in your counter signature.

Via the In-App Notification In Your Notification Center

As soon as your client signs the contract, you'll receive an in-app notification in your notification center that lets you know that this contract is ready for your countersignature. Click on that specific notification and a document viewer will open up - just scroll down to the bottom of the contract and type in your counter signature.

Via Your Document in Aisle Planner
Another option for countersigning after the client(s) sign is to open the document in Aisle Planner, click the gold arrow in the top right, and then click 'Countersign.'

The document viewer will open up - just scroll down to the bottom of the contract and type in your counter signature.

Once all parties have signed, each signer will receive an email with a link to view/download the fully signed and executed document.
