Aisle Planner’s new Integrated Account Calendar gives you a real-time, unified view of your account-wide activity. With one-step sync, a refreshed design, modern navigation, and enhanced filters, Integrated Account Calendar streamlines your entire workflow without needing to open multiple tools or external calendars.
Please Note: These updates apply only to the Account Calendar and do not impact Project-specific calendars. If you have synced any Aisle Planner Projects to your external calendar, we recommend deselecting or deleting those to avoid duplicates.

Calendar Events
Tasks
Payments
Tentative Bookings
Projects
As well as visibility for the calendar you have integrated and any additional calendars you have linked to your integrated calendar.
Note: Booked Projects will always remain visible—even if a project is filtered out—so you can avoid scheduling conflicts.
Calendar Events
Calendar Events tied to your projects are now easier to manage and identify at a glance.
Events display project details and a visual indicator (cover image or color bar)
Editable via the calendar
Visible to all planning partners on the project
Automatically removed when the project is archived
When synced to an external calendar, these events will default to Busy.
Tasks
Tasks now appear directly on your Account Calendar, helping you stay on top of deadlines without switching tools. Depending on the type of task, you can:
Mark tasks as complete
Assign or reassign users
Comment directly within the task modal
Drag and drop to update due dates
Task types shown on the calendar:
General tasks
Sales-related tasks
Project-specific tasks
Tasks will only appear if a due date is set and are visible only to assigned users or users assigned to the related project.
Payments
Vendor payments and Aisle Planner invoice due dates are now visible via the Aisle Planner Payments Calendar view, helping you keep track of upcoming financial obligations or scheduled incoming payments.
Payment modals display the amount due, due date, and payment sequence.
Completed payments show in lighter font with strikethrough formatting.
Shortcut links let you easily navigate to the vendor contact record or the Aisle Planner invoice where you can take additional steps to follow up on late payments or mark an invoice as paid.
Payments are read-only in the calendar view.
Additional filtering options in the View Options menu enables secondary filters to further customize your view should you want to hide vendor payments to focus on your incoming payments.
Please note: When synced to an external calendar, payments default to Free to avoid blocking your availability.
Tentative Bookings
Tentative Bookings have been added to the Aisle Planner Calendars section of the sidebar—giving you an easy way to view potential bookings alongside your confirmed events.
The Tentative bookings calendar reflects all leads marked with a "current" status. You can define which lead statuses are considered current in your Lead Settings or directly in the Actions menu in the Sales tab. Learn more here.
Leads are automatically removed from the Tentative Bookings calendar when:
They are marked as Lost or are Deleted from the system
They are moved to a non-current status
The project/event date has passed (and they are still in a current status)
A project is created from the lead
When a lead is marked as Booked but no project is created, the lead's date will remain visible but moves to the Booked Projects calendar. If a project is created from this lead, it will not duplicate the booking but will replace the calendar event with project-specific details.
Booked Projects
You’ll now see your booked projects directly on your calendar, making it easy to reference key details without leaving the page.
Booked Events include:
Leads listed under Booked status
OR
Projects created from a Lead Record or on the Project Index
In each booked calendar event you will see:
Project name or Lead name, date, location, and guest count
Lead planner and team assignments
A shortcut to open the Project Dashboard or Lead record
Booked projects appear on the calendar if you are assigned as a planning partner. These remain visible even after the event date or if the project is archived.
Syncing your Aisle Planner calendar to your External Calendar
You also have the option to sync your AP Booked Projects and Tentative Bookings to your external calendar.
To manage your sync preferences, select Manage Calendars and Sync Aisle Planner Calendars to your external calendar. Select each filter and the dropdown for your desired booked projects.
Please note, upon new project creation you will need to return to this screen to sync any new projects.
