Managing Client Documents, Quotes and Invoices

Streamlining your sales process starts here. Whether you’re sending a polished proposal, a legally binding contract, or a simple invoice, everything you need is housed directly within your lead record.

By centralizing your files, you can transition from a first touch to a final signature in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to launch your documents and get them into your client's hands.

Documents are; Brochures, Proposals, Contracts, and Questionnaires.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Open the Lead: Navigate to your Sales>Leads tab and select the specific lead record.

  2. Locate the Files Tab: Click on the Files tab in the top navigation bar of the record.

  3. Launch the Builder: Select the link for Documents, Quotes, or Invoices to start to select from your templates.
