Creating product templates helps to expedite the quote process for the pro, and the client. Products can range from services offered (planning or coordination services, RSVP management, hotel room block coordination à la carte hours), to any product you sell or hard good that you rent (linens, chargers, etc).
CREATING YOUR PRODUCTS
Step 1: To create your product templates, head on over to your business settings, which you'll find behind the SETTINGS icon toward the top right of your account.
Step 2: Once you've landed in in your settings, click on the TEMPLATES tab towards the top of your screen to access all of our template options. Next, toward the left side of your screen, select Product.
Step 3: You will then click "Add New Product".
Step 4: Here, you can input the following information:
Product Name
Product Description
Product Image
Quantities Available
Amount per item
Congratulations! You have successfully created your product templates! Your products can now be used in creating interactive quotes.
