Think of an Interactive Quote as a living document that does the selling for you. Unlike a static PDF, these quotes allow your clients to build their own custom packages while giving you real-time alerts the moment they hit "Accept."
Why Use Interactive Quotes?
They are perfect for clients who want to "play around" with numbers and explore different service combinations without the back-and-forth emails. You can offer:
Fixed/Included Items: Services or fees that are mandatory and non-editable.
A La Carte Items: Optional add-ons where clients can select multiple items.
Choose One Options: A selection list where clients pick the single best fit for their budget or needs.

Visuals Matter: While driven by numbers, quotes support text and images to keep your branding front and center.
Think Ahead: We highly recommend creating Quote Templates for your most frequent service bundles to save time later.

Before you begin: You must first build your Product Templates library. Having your items pre-configured makes building, adding, and removing services from your quotes seamless.
Ready to get started? Follow the steps below to set up your first quote.
Creating Quote Templates
Step 1: To create your quote templates, head on over to your business settings, which you'll find behind the SETTINGS icon toward the top right of your account.
Step 2: Once you've landed in in your settings, click on the TEMPLATES tab towards the top of your screen to access all of our template options. Next, toward the left side of your screen, select Quote.
Step 3: You will then click "Add New Quote".
Step 4: Give your quote template a name and description! When you've done that, click "Edit Quote" to get started!
Step 5: On the top right hand side of your quote template, you are welcome to edit your business information if desired. On the left, in the "Recipient" field, you can Insert Merge Fields to save time! For more on Merge fields, head HERE.
Step 6: To add an item to your quote, you will select the "+". You will have the option to choose from Included Items, Choose One and À la Carte sections. If you are selecting items from your Product Library, you will start typing and select the items as the populate. Items that are not already in your Product Library can also be input here.
Quote Item Sections
When adding your products into interactive quotes, you have the option to choose from 3 Sections: Included Items, Choose One, and À la carte.
PRO TIP: Section names can be changed! Just click into the section header, and make your edits.
Included Items
These are items or services that are fixed, or "included".
Choose One
These are items or services your client will have the option to choose from. For example: Partial Planning Services, or Full Planning Services
À la carte:
These are your items or services your client can select choose individual items separately. Think of this as your chance to upsell items or services!
