You've booked a new client? Way to go! 🎉

The most critical reason to convert a lead into a project is to maintain a seamless client record. Rather than starting from scratch, converting ensures that every document and interaction from the sales phase follows the client into the active project phase.

Create a project (one project per lead) from your lead record, and we'll automatically populate the following information into your new project’s Client Tab:

  • All Sales Documents: Access every proposal, quote, contract, and invoice you’ve already sent, with the ability to send more instantly.

  • Complete History: Your entire lead record—including contact info and internal team notes—moves over so you never lose context.

  • Project Logistics: We’ll pre-fill the Event Date, Location, Timezone, Guest Count, and Budget so you don't have to enter them twice.

Note: We automatically assign the person creating the project as the Project Lead, but you can change this at any time!

  • From your lead's record, head over to the ACTIONS button and select 'Create Project'

  • You'll find all information under the new project's client record

(update to Client Record coming soon!)
