š Troubleshooting & FAQs
1. "I updated my logo, but the old one is still showing up!"
Why it happens: Aisle Planner allows unique logo variations for different tools, so uploading a new image in one area doesn't automatically overwrite the others.
How to fix:
Go to Settings $\rightarrow$ Branding.
Manually upload your new logo under all three tabs: Site, Print, and Email.
Go to Leads, open each lead form, drag-and-drop the new logo into the header, and click Save.
2. "My logo looks too big or stretched on PDFs."
How to fix:
Check your file: Ensure your logo image file is cropped tightly around the graphic with no excess white margins before uploading.
Adjust width: Go to Settings $\rightarrow$ Branding $\rightarrow$ Print. Use the Logo Width slider under Page Settings on the right to scale it down.
3. "Where do my custom headers and footers show up?"
Details: Header and footer customizations (page numbers, custom text, timestamps) apply directly to PDFs generated inside Aisle Planner, including:
Checklists & Timelines
Guest Lists & Seating Charts
Vendor Contact Summaries
