If your client has not received their invitation to join their wedding, event or project on Aisle Planner (and you’ve confirmed that they’ve checked their JUNK or SPAM folder) you can resend their invitation or share their unique link to join their wedding on your account.
Before you do so, we recommend checking that the email address you have on file is accurate. We'll walk you through the steps below!
Confirm Your Client's Email Address is Accurate
Click into the project and click Planning Partners (under the 3-Dot More Options Menu) towards the top right.
You’ll see a link to RESEND INVITE – click here for next steps.
Double check that the email address you have for them is correct, and if not, update it here.

To help clients log in after initial sign up, many pros have included a link on their website for CLIENT LOGIN or CLIENT LOUNGE that takes clients directly to the pro’s custom branded login page on Aisle Planner. Clients can also login directly on aisleplanner.com, but it’s always nice to provide your clients the best experience with your brand.
If you don’t want to code or include a ‘Client Login’ link on your website just yet, we recommend that you let your clients know to bookmark your unique login page for future reference. You could also create a checklist item in your planning template or in your client’s checklist that asks them to bookmark your custom URL (and include the URL address) to make it easy for future client logins.
