An Intro to Aisle Planner's Navigation Menus

Let's get you situated so you can find your way around Aisle Planner!

You'll find that we've grouped the tools in your account by purpose, so everything you need to power your business is easy to find. Let's take a quick tour of your main navigation.


Sales Tools

All of your tools related to tracking, managing and booking new leads are here in the Sales tab. Documents (brochures, proposals, contracts, questionnaires), quotes and invoices can also be found here.


Calendar & Scheduling Assistant

The Calendar tab in your main navigation houses your Calendar and Scheduling Assistant.


Contacts (Address Book)

The Contacts tab in your main navigation houses your address book, where you can organize all the contacts in your address book into custom categories.


Business Settings

You can find all of your Business Settings behind the "cog" icon toward the top right of your account. Your Business Settings houses all of your company level settings including the following tabs:

  • Business - manage your company information, including name and contact information as well as date, time and currency preferences

  • Banking - set up online payments for your account

  • Users - add and manage members of your team in your account

  • Branding - upload your logo, create a custom branded login page and more

  • Leads - customize your booking process, create custom contact forms

  • Templates - set up templates for everything and anything from projects, notes, style guides, layouts, quotes, invoices, questionnaires, contracts and more

  • Integrations - set up integrations, such as Zapier and Calendar Sync, to get more from your Aisle Planner account


Project Tools

Within each project, you'll find all of your primary Project Tools in the gray secondary navigation. There's more options behind the 3-dot more menu towards the far right, including project settings, client record information, planning partners and more.


From within each project, you can also toggle to different projects (without having to return to the Project Index) by clicking on the project name towards the left.


My Account

To access your own user-based account settings, click on your name towards the top right of your screen and then select MY ACCOUNT. In this drop down menu, you'll also find shortcuts to helpful resources.

Once you click on the My Account option in the drop down menu, you can manage your user profile (name, email, username, profile image, etc.), notifications and also manage your Aisle Planner subscription (if you're the account owner.)

If you have multiple Aisle Planner accounts with different logins, you can also link your accounts here in the Linked Accounts tab.
