Need some ideas on where to get started with templates? Here are some of our go-to suggestions!

Here are some helpful templates you might consider creating within your Aisle Planner Templates tab - you'll find your templates tab within the Settings menu, towards the top right of your pro dashboard.

Project Templates
Learn more about Project Templates here.

  • For each type of event you plan or services you offer, such as full service wedding planning, month-of wedding planning, fundraisers, 

  • For other recurring events you plan, such as bridal shows or trade shows, styled shoots, workshops or retreats

  • An empty project (with no pre-populated checklist or budget items) template so you can start from scratch on one-off projects, such as a website redesign, rebrand or office design.

  • For different religious ceremonies / cultural weddings

  • For different ceremony start times (morning, midday, sunset)

Style Guide Templates

As it stands, Style Guides are a great source of sharing visual inspiration and ideas with clients. Style Guide templates help make this process of sharing visual inspiration much easier and way more efficient. Learn more about Style Guide Templates here.

  • Floral designers, event designers and planners can create their own floral style guides to share flowers in each color palette, season, or floral family to help pinpoint their clients' preferences.

  • Venues can create a style guide for each of their ceremony and reception locations to easily share with their clients.

  • Photographers can create image guides for some of their favorite locations, poses, and even a guide of what to wear to help prep their clients for their engagement shoot,

  • Wedding planners can create style guides for all of the venues in their area to easily share indoor or outdoor options with their clients.

  • Wedding pros can create style guide templates that share the latest trends with a client that are currently all the rage.

  • An event designer can create style guides for all of their own rental options or create style guides that share all the menu options for chairs, lounges, and other rental and decor items. They can even create certain combination of items shown together in one style guide to help users visualize a cohesive look for specific themes and color palettes.
