While each new note template (and note) that you create in Aisle Planner includes a default heading, there are a number of ways that you can customize your headings.
You can fine tune the default heading by adjusting your logo size, logo alignment and top margins over in your print preferences in the Branding tab of your Business Settings.
You can remove the default header completely by unchecking the "Use Default Header" checkbox from the edit menu.
You can insert your own custom graphic or header as an image at the top of your note.
