Written by Sara Kincaid

Aisle Planner’s Lead Manager is your central hub for capturing, tracking, and converting new business inquiries into booked clients.

Instead of juggling missed emails, scattered notes, or manual spreadsheets, the Lead Manager automatically organizes incoming website inquiries, streamlines team assignments, and houses all client communications, proposals, and sales checklists in one clean workspace.

Watch the quick video below for a tour of how the Lead Manager works, or follow our step-by-step guides to get your sales pipeline configured in minutes!

💡 A Quick Note on Documents, Quotes & Invoices

You’ll also notice three additional tabs under the Sales navigation bar: Documents,

Quotes, and Invoices.

While these tabs display a master list of all files created across your account, we recommend creating documents, quotes, and invoices directly inside the specific Lead Record they pertain to.

Any file created within an individual lead record will automatically populate into these master sales tabs for quick reference and tracking!
