How Long Does It Take for an Online Payment to Hit My Bank Account?

For US-based users, you can expect credit card payments to reflect in your bank account within 2-3 business days.

For Canadian-based users, you can expect credit card payments to reflect in your bank account within 1 business day.

ACH transfers or EFT transactions take approximately 7-10 business days. There is a 5 day bank verification hold on all ACH/EFT payments, plus 1-2 days for processing.

If a payment is made on an invoice outside of normal bank hours or weekends, the transaction will take place on the next available business day; because of that, there are occasions where it may take longer for funds to hit your account. ACH payments undergo additional payer verification to confirm success or failure. Payments processed outside of business hours, such as on weekends or holidays, will not begin processing until the next available banking day, further contributing to potential delays.

Please note: To apply for an online payment account, account holders must have verifiable US or Canada-based business bank account, business addresses, and tax ID.

Handling Manual Invoice Updates

When payments are sent direct to you, via Zelle or another method, the invoice may not be automatically updated in Aisle Planner. Unlike payments processed directly through the Aisle Planner platform, which automatically update invoices, outside payments require manual action by the recipient, such as a wedding planner.
