Congratulations on accepting your first online payment through Aisle Planner Pro + Wedpay, Powered by Fullsteam!  Once you've been notified that an online payment has been made to you, all you need to do is sit back and relax, and we'll take care of the rest!

  • We'll automatically process the payment for you and deposit the funds (minus any transaction fees) into your bank account.

  • We'll automatically update the invoice to reflect any payments.

  • We'll automatically update the Payments tab within your Invoice tool to include this payment.

  • If there are additional payments left on an invoice and you've set up payment reminders, we'll automatically send your client payment reminders, along with a link to make their payment online.  Learn more about setting up automated payment reminders here.

How Long Does It Take For A Payment to Deposit Into Your Bank Account?

Please Note: To apply for an online payment account, account holders must have verifiable US- or Canada-based business bank account, business addresses, and tax ID.

For US-based users, you can expect credit card payments to reflect in your bank account within 2-3 business days.

For Canadian-based users, you can expect credit card payments to reflect in your bank account within 1 business day.

Processing Details for ACH/EFT Transactions

ACH (Automated Clearing House) and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions involve several stages:

  1. Payer Verification (Up to 5 Business Days): These payments include verification steps to ensure authenticity and security.

  2. Processing and Deposit (1-2 Business Days): Once verification is complete, funds are processed and deposited into the recipient's account.

  3. Total Processing Time (Up to 7-10 Business Days): In most cases, transactions are completed within this timeframe, though regional differences may apply.

Factors Influencing Delays:

  • Weekends and Holidays: Payments initiated during this time will process on the next business day.

  • After Banking Hours: Transactions made after banks close will be processed on the following business day.

  • Bank-Specific Processing Times: Different banking institutions may vary in processing efficiency, potentially causing delays. Note for Canadian Users: Credit card payments will reflect in Canadian bank accounts in 7 days.
