We've made it easy to share and download your notes. Whether it's from the note index or within a note, you'll find the option to:
Download your note as a PDF
Grab a quick URL link to share your note
Share a link to your note by email
Share+ a link to a bundle of notes, style guides and color palettes by email.
Downloading a Note
There are two different places you can download a note as a PDF:
- From the Note Index
From the note index, hover over the note you'd like to download
Click on the 3-dot more menu that appears on hover
Select the Download option from the dropdown menu
- From Within a Note
Click into the note you'd like to download
Click on the black ACTIONS button toward the top right of your screen
Select the Download option from the dropdown menu

Copying Note Links
Grabbing a quick URL link to share is quite possibly the fastest way to share any given note. We LOVE this new option. Just grab your link and go!
There are two different places you can get your note URL:
- From the Note Index
From the note index, hover over the note you'd like to grab a URL for
Click on the 3-dot more menu that appears on hover
Select the Copy Link option from the dropdown menu - your note link will automatically be copied to your clipboard
- From Within a Note
Click into the note you'd like to grab a URL link for
Click on the black ACTIONS button toward the top right of your screen
Select the Copy Link option from the dropdown menu - your note link will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

Sharing A Link To A Specific Note By Email
We've made it easy to share just one note by email, directly from Aisle Planner. There are two different places you can get your note URL:
- From the Note Index
From the note index, hover over the note you'd like to share
Click on the 3-dot more menu that appears on hover
Select the Share This Note option from the dropdown menu, then follow the prompts to email a link to your note
- From Within a Note
Click into the note you'd like to grab a URL link for
Click on the black ACTIONS button toward the top right of your screen
Select the Share This Note option from the dropdown menu, then follow the prompts to email a link to your note
Sharing a Link to Multiple Notes, Style Guides and Color Palettes
If you'd like to share this note with additional information, such as another note, a style guide (or style guides) or color palette from the design studio, use the Share+ option, which can be initiated anywhere you see the Share+ option from within the notes tool.
You can find Share+ in the actions menu in the note index as well as in the 3-dot more menu that you see when you hover over any note. You'll also find the Share+ option in
the actions menu within a note.
Select the Share+ option and follow the prompts to build your bundle. Once you've selected everything you'd like to share, you'll have the option to grab a link for your bundle OR complete the email form to send via email.
Your recipients will receive an email that includes a link to view, print or download what you've shared with them.
