Setting Up Online Payments

Set up online payments is easy with Wedpay, powered by Fullsteam.

Aisle Planner + Wedpay gives US and Canadian businesses a seamless way to manage invoices and accept online payments directly within the platform. Follow the quick steps below to set up your merchant account!

⚠️ Eligibility Requirement: To apply, you must have a verifiable US or Canadian business bank account, physical business address, and tax ID (EIN or SIN).


Step 1: Verify Your Business Profile

Before opening the application, make sure your business settings are up to date:

  1. Click the Settings ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Select Business to review your general information.

  3. Confirm your Business Name, address, and contact details are accurate.

Updating this now ensures your details automatically populate on future quotes and invoices, saving you time later!


Step 2: Access the Application

  1. Click on the Banking tab in your Settings menu.

  2. Select your country (United States or Canada).

  3. Click the gold Apply Now button to start your application.

Step 3: Select Your Region & Language

The application portal will open in a new browser tab. Simply select your preferred region and language to begin filling out your details. ⬇️

Account Details

Enter your primary email address, legal business name, and DBA (if applicable), then click Start Application.

  • Saved Progress: Check your inbox for an encrypted link from Fullsteam Merchant Application. You can use this link to resume your application later if you need to pause.

  • Canadian Businesses: Watch for a second email containing your required merchant agreement.

What Happens Next?

  • Review Timeline: Your application will be reviewed by Fullsteam underwriting within 1–2 business days.

  • Document Verification: If needed, a representative may contact you for additional verification (most commonly a voided check).

  • Approval Notice: You’ll receive an email notification the moment your account is live!

Get a head start while your account is in review! Creating your invoice templates now ensures you can issue invoices and accept online payments right after approval.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ in the upper right corner.

  2. Templates.

  3. Select Invoices from the left menu.

  4. Click + ADD NEW to build your first template.
