Linking Multiple Aisle Planner Accounts

Link your accounts so that you can access them all from one login

If you are a member of multiple companies with different logins, you can link them together to make accessing all your accounts easier. Each account/company will continue to act as its own entity with separate settings, branding, users, templates, projects, etc.

How to Link Your Accounts

To link your accounts:

  1. Click on your name toward the top right of your account and select My Account from the drop down menu, which will take you to your User Profile.

  2. Select the Linked Accounts tab

  3. Click the black Add Another Account button toward the top right of your screen

  4. Follow the prompts to login to the account you'd like to link.

Linking Accounts that Use Facebook Login

If you use Facebook login, to link an account you'll need to create a password for that account first using Aisle Planner's "reset password" link.

  1. Sign out of all Aisle Planner accounts and visit this link: https://www.aisleplanner.com/signin and click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

  2. Follow the prompts to reset your password - be sure to enter in the email address that you use for your Facebook account.

  3. Check your email and follow the prompts to create your new password.

Once you have a password, you can use that to link your accounts.

Toggling Between Your Linked Companies

Once you've linked your accounts, you'll now see the company name for the account you're logged into toward the top left of your screen. To toggle between each company, click your company name to open the toggle menu and select the company you'd like to navigate to.

Now that your accounts are linked, you'll be able to access all your linked accounts from any linked account that you're logged into.

What is Shared Between Linked Accounts?

At this time, there is no data sharing between linked accounts. Each company will continue to act as its own entity with separate settings, branding, users, templates, projects, etc.

How Many Accounts Can I Link?

While the system does not limit to the number of accounts you can link together, you are limited to linking company accounts that you are Pro member of. Accounts where you are NOT a pro/organizational member of cannot be linked at this time.

Removing Linked Accounts

To remove a linked account:

  1. Click on your name toward the top right of your account and select My Account from the drop down menu, which will take you to your User Profile.

  2. Select the Linked Accounts tab - you'll see a list of all linked accounts.

  3. Hover over the account you'd like to remove and then click on the red X (delete) icon.

  4. Confirm you'd like to remove the account and you're all set!

Did you accidentally remove a linked account? You can always relink a removed account at anytime.
