Managing Online RSVPs
To ensure a smooth RSVP process for your guests, follow these key steps:
Email Addresses: Not required for RSVP activation. Your shared RSVP link will feed responses back into the guest record (once activated).
If your guest record has an email, your RSVP activation email will be sent to the guest as an RSVP request.
Event Assignments: Assign guests to specific events before sending requests. This ensures they only see and respond to the events they are invited to.
Guest Experience: Once guests access their record, they can RSVP to their assigned events and submit meal selections.
Automatic Sync: All guest responses sync instantly back to your Guest Manager in Aisle Planner. Easy-peasy! 👍🏻
While having a published wedding or event website on Aisle Planner is not required for your Online RSVP page to work, if you have a published wedding or event website in Aisle Planner, we'll automatically link your RSVP page to it.
