When it comes to downloading the budget from a project, you have two options - you can either download as a PDF or download as a spreadsheet.

To download the budget in either format, click on the gold action/arrow button toward the top right of your screen and then select download to PDF or download to spreadsheet.

❗️An Important Thing to Note: Downloaded budget spreadsheets include existing formulas that will calculate section subtotals, column totals, and payment balances based on the existing budget within your account at the time of the download. Adding rows and columns directly to this spreadsheet may require you to update these formulas in order for them to continue to properly calculate. We highly recommend that you always double check the numbers on downloaded spreadsheets to ensure they are correct.
