Downloading your final layout to PDF is easy as 1, 2, 3. We'll walk you through the steps in this short video, or read on below for more details.
If you encounter any issues during the process, troubleshooting tips are available below.
1. While in the layout you wish to download, click the gold action box in the upper right hand corner of your screen and indicate if you'd like to include the guest list with your download.
If you encounter issues downloading the layout, ensure that the Reception Guest List is attached to the seating chart. This will enable the download functionality without altering the current seating arrangement.
2. Click Download Layout as PDF. The PDF download modal will open so you can indicate which items you'd like to appear on your download (table names, guest names, seat numbers, and/or colored meal indicators with legend). You can also adjust your print layout using the zoom in/zoom out buttons and scrolling with your mouse our trackpad to set your print preferences.
If the PDF download does not function correctly, verify that all guests are added from the Reception Guest List rather than manually entered.
3. Finally, click on Download PDF and you're good to go!
Note: If you forgot to add your guest list to the download in the previous step, you can always toggle the option to add or remove from the PDF in this step as well! Additionally, if RSVP guests appear as grey dots on the PDF export, it may be because their names were manually typed onto the seating chart. To fix this, remove manually typed names and drag and drop each guest's name from the guest list tab onto their assigned seat.

Always use the drag-and-drop feature to assign guests from the Reception Guest List to ensure proper linkage.
Avoid manually typing guest names directly onto the seating chart, as this can cause errors in exports.
Regularly update and review the Reception Guest List to ensure all guest details are accurate and complete.
