We know how important well organized templates are when it comes to best business practices and working efficiently, so we thought we'd share a few tips on how to keep your layout and object templates organized like a pro.

Creating Venue and Object Folders

There are two types of layout related templates that you can create - layout templates and object templates. Layouts generally are venue based, while objects can be any item, big or small, that you might use on a regular basis.

Regardless of which type of template you create, you'll see two separate areas in Layout Templates to create these. Start by adding your Venues (Venue 1, Venue 2, etc.) or Object Categories (Lounges, Tables, Dancefloors, etc.)

Once you have your "folders" created, click the gold + sign to create templates within each.

Reordering your venue and object folders

Once you've created your layout folders, you can drag and drop them into the order you prefer.

Reordering Your Layouts

To reorder your layout templates within a folder, drag and drop them into place. You can also drag and drop your templates to a different folder.
