We know how important well organized templates are when it comes to best business practices and working efficiently, so we thought we'd share a few tips on how to keep your layout and object templates organized like a pro.

Mastering Venue & Object Templates

Maximize your efficiency by pre-building your spaces and inventory. Use these two categories to organize your layout library:

  • Venue Layouts: Create "Master Folders" for each event space (e.g., Grand Ballroom or The Garden). Within each folder, use the gold + sign to save specific setup templates like Seated Dinner or Theater Style.

To USE your Venue Templates in the project, click on the VENUES tab under your layout properties panel.

Reordering Your Layouts

To reorder your layout templates within a folder, drag and drop them into place. You can also drag and drop your templates to a different folder.

Object Templates

  • Object Templates: Build folders for your recurring inventory (e.g., Tables, Lounge Sets, or Dance Floors). Saving these as individual objects allows you to drag and drop your actual furniture into any custom floor plan instantly.
