We love our community of wedding and event pros - we wouldn't be where we are today with you, so quite naturally, we’ll be sad to see you go!

If it’s just more help you need getting started or brainstorming ways to make the most of our tools, we’re here to help. OR if there are features that you’re looking for that would make your job easier that we haven’t yet incorporated into our platform, we’d love to know - you can reach us through our messenger below.

Did you know you can now pause your subscription for up to 90 days?

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. To cancel your subscription, click on your name towards the top right of your account, and then select My Account from the drop down menu.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription button.

  3. Follow the prompts to reconfirm your cancellation.

Cancellation Terms

  • Account cancellations are effective immediately, so once you cancel your subscription, you, your team and any clients who have access to your account will no longer have access to the Pro Tools and Planning Features as well as any data you have saved associated with your account.

  • We recommend that you download everything and anything you might need from your account BEFORE cancelling your subscription.

  • Because all subscription payments are non-refundable, no refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions.

  • For cancelled accounts, inactive/free accounts, and accounts that have been suspended due to non-payment, Aisle Planner reserves the right to delete all account data after 90 days. Aisle Planner terms apply.

Subscription & Billing Questions

  • For questions on plans, pricing, or billing, please search our help center for answers to our most commonly asked questions.

  • You can also connect with us through the messenger to your right or email us at customercare@aisleplanner.com.
