How to Share your Feedback
You can send feature requests, ideas and feedback to us through our messenger, which you can find towards the bottom right of your account.
To send us a message, click on the black and white messenger icon located towards the bottom right of your screen. From there, select the SEND US A MESSAGE option and send us your feedback and/or feature request directly from there.
What Information We Need
To help make it easier for us to understand your feature request, be sure to include the following information:
Clearly describe what you are requesting and include as much information as possible. The more information we have, the better.
Provide as much information for your specific use case so we can understand how you would use the updated feature. If you have specific examples, screenshots, etc. please share!
Share with us how the update will help you work more efficiently and see more value from Aisle Planner.
Once you've requested a new feature or voted on a new feature, we'll let you know when your update or feature request has been released, so you're in the loop.
