Once guests have been added into the Guest tool, you will want to sync your list to the layout you will be seating them. Guests will show up on the right side of the Seating page in the Seating tool, grouped according to family or friends of the bride or groom (or whatever custom groupings have been created).

Step Two: From your seating tab, seat your guests.
From there, drag and drop guests to each table. Once a guest has been seated, a check mark will appear next to their name. You can always re-arrange guests at tables or assign them to different tables by dragging and dropping guests into place.
If you aren't using Aisle Planner's Guest Manager tool to manage your guest list, you can also manually type in guests at each table, however, we recommend adding guests to the guest manager first to take full advantage of the guest list downloads, menu selection reports and other reporting features for things like special considerations, food allergies and high chair requests.
