Here at Aisle Planner, your privacy is important to us, so we thought we'd share a little bit more on our approach to Privacy.

We understand that much of your (and your client's) personal information — information you have a right to keep private — lives in Aisle Planner.

Aisle Planner is designed to help you protect that information and to empower you to choose what you share and with whom.  Here's more information!

Your personal data belongs to you, not others.

Whether you’re managing a leads list, creating custom proposal, contract or invoice to send to a client, adding photos to a client's design studio, uploaded a client's guest list complete with names, addresses and emails, you can do it knowing that this content is held in privacy.  Aisle Planner doesn’t gather you or your client's data or personal information to share publicly or sell to advertisers or other organizations. The bottom line is that your data is yours.

What is Private?

By default,  all of the data that you enter into your account is private.  This includes:

  • Any content that you enter to set up your account, including branding, templates and account profile.

  • Any content or data that you enter into your lead manager, documents, invoices and payments.

  • Any content or data that you enter into your contact library (address book)

  • Any content or data that you enter into a project, wedding or event in Aisle Planner, with the exception of:  a) Any content, information and images that you post and publish to a client's wedding or event website and b) any content, information and images that you post or share publicly via a link.

Only you (and anyone you've given permission to) can access your account.

When you create an account with Aisle Planner, only you and anyone you've given permission to, can access your account (and data within your account). Sharing certain information and access to your Aisle Planner account with your team or clients can make your business management and planning tools in Aisle Planner work even better. You have complete control over what you share and with whom.  Your account includes a number of user based privacy and permission settings that let you choose which data your team and clients can access, and what they have permission to edit. Even after you've granted access and permissions, you can revoke access and adjusting privacy and permission settings for each user at anytime.

Encryption

Encryption is one of the most important methods for providing data security because it turns your data into indecipherable text that can be read only by those with the right key.

To keep your data safe and to minimize as much risk possible, your data is transmitted through a secure HTTPS connection as encrypted data to our servers, and your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Your Aisle Planner online payment transactions are safe.

Aisle Planner gives you a safer, more private way to send digital invoices and collect online payments through PCI-Compliant payment processing via Wedpay (for US Customers) or Stripe (for Canadian customers).

Stripe and Wedpay have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, our payment partners make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

So when you're submitting your application for online payments (which requires submission of your personal and business information, tax ID and bank account number) or when your client is submitting their personal information and credit card, debit card, or banking information to submit an payment to you online, your data is secure.
