To update the credit card or method of payment on file for your account, log in to your Aisle Planner account and follow these easy steps:
Maintaining accurate payment details prevents service interruptions, failed transactions, and potential account suspension.
Click on your name towards the top right of your account
Select My Account from the drop down menu
Select the Subscriptions & Billing tab
Scroll to the Payment Method and click on the gold Edit Payment link
Follow the prompts to update your credit card information
Don't forget to click the Save button!
If your account gets suspended due to payment failure, update your payment information by following these steps:
Log in to your Aisle Planner account.
Navigate to the Account Settings or Subscription Plan section.
Update your payment information.
Re-subscribe to your existing plan by selecting the Subscribe button. Your account will return to active status once updates and reactivation are completed.
