The RSVP Summary page is a completely sortable snapshot of your entire guest list across ALL events.
Quick 'Click' Actions
Track Attendance: View real-time status for Invited, Attending, Declined, and Not Invited guests.
Update Status: Manually add or edit RSVP responses and select meal choices on behalf of your guests.
Manage Invitations: Toggle guest invitations on or off for specific events.
Export Data: Download a comprehensive RSVP summary report for offline use.
Sort: Click the top column to sort ascending or descending.
The Invitation Toggle
Click the status box next to a guest's name to cycle through the following:
White Box (Invited): The guest is on the primary guest list but has not yet RSVP’d.
Gray Box (Waitlisted/Uninvited): The guest is moved to Waitlist B and is not currently invited to the event. They will not see this event under RSVP search.
Slash: Declined
👀 For Online RSVP, guests must be in an 'Invited' status (white box). Their responses will flow directly back into the Guests tab and RSVP Summary.
Editing Guest & Party Details
You can manage individual guests or entire households by clicking into their party information:
Profiles: Edit guest names and update contact details (address, phone, and email).
Party Management: Add new guests to an existing party or expand a household.
Categorization: Assign guests to specific Groups (e.g., Family, Work, College Friends) or mark them as Out of Town for travel planning.
Specialized Roles: Assign specific roles to guests within your event.
Adding New Meal Choices
Although you can choose a selected meal choice from the drop down menu on the RSVP Summary Page, if you need to add meal choices that aren't already there, you'll need to add them in the EVENT INFO & OPTIONS menu for each event.
Downloading Your RSVP Summary
You can download a simple RSVP summary, which will show you the basic rundown of each guest across all events, including the following information:
RSVP ID
RSVP status
Meal selection
To download, navigate to your RSVP Summary page (linked at the top of your guest manager) and click on the gold action (arrow) button. Then select the Download RSVP Summary from the drop down menu.
